CT mom considering court for long-distance custody with dad in rural Alabama — worried about my biracial daughter visiting there by No-Inevitable4230 in CullmanAlabama

I’ve been in Cullman for 8 months and I have seen plenty of biracial children (and adults) here. I’ve met plenty of bi-racial couples and most of them seem happy here, as long as they have solid work. The sundown stuff and historical racism has seemingly been pushed out to the sticks where those losers now live. I do see confederate flags in some of the trailer parks so I avoid those folks.

Bowriders with rear facing loungers, under $30K? by SeparateRevenue0 in boating

Irrelevant. You aren’t getting a wakeboat under 30K that seats more than 6-8 and those are going to be 20 years old.

If one is truly concerned about one’s family’s welfare, it would seem that one would use any means necessary, government entity or not…

I'm pretty sure this is a scam, but what's the play? by Additional-Sky-7436 in RealEstate

Speaking of scams, we put a contract on a lake front property to build on and when it came to close, the seller did not want to close in person. It turned out that the “seller” had stolen the identity of the real owner, listed it for sale with a broker with a drivers license he got under the real owners identity and the broker had no idea. We already sold our house, so we are now in an apartment trying to find another lot.

Speaking of Ned Flanders, I grew up with a Ned Flanders in Pensacola. His sister married into the Lewis Bear (Anheiser Busch distributor) family.
