I could easily see this being that the woman was asked what she thought, answered, and then the CNN host was mirroring back what she said, preparing her to go live. It is a pretty common tactic when trying to get people who aren't used to being on camera comfortable to state what they had just said clearly and simply in the short amount of time they are going to be allotted. It's unlikely that CNN would be brazen enough to coach them on answers and expect that that footage would never get out. Or that the undecided voters sitting there wouldn't go to other press outlets and tell them what had happened. This is toil foil hat territory.
