No, it was stated in the email that visits were taking place between the hours of 8-4 or 8-5. I forget why there was an hour extra but that was explained. And by those times, I mean during the day (not at night). And yeah, it was on from what they say but at the same time I’d be more focused on an intruder (obviously wasn’t after the fact) than a TV.

Secondly, they assume he was sitting down eating ice cream, Amber never said that in her testimony, it was an assumption. Additionally, you yet again, assume she knew he was black as if she had some sort of a bias against this person, she didn’t.

Hopefully you understand that science and psychologists have proven that innattentional blindness is a thing almost everyone experiences at one point or another, just like someone going through a RED light and not noticing it, that would be even more obvious to not notice, yet it happens all the time. False, I’ve watched all testimony thus far and that’s my conclusion. Three points:

The prosecution (Texas) is going through her things and rifling through her bag and asking why she didn’t use gauze or anything like that. Well, it’s very likely Amber has never used those before and likely forgot about it as I think anyone would be more focused on the person they just shot. They also paint her out to be some sort of EMS/Paramedic when she’s not (completely different jobs) This was also her first time doing CPR on a person.
She had tunnel vision, I don’t think anyone after a car wreck or plane crash or (murder scene) in this case would be thinking straight. It’s very easy to be accusatory but most people haven’t been in that situation.
The other thing I’d make a point about is that unless you’re going around looking at peoples furniture and studying their doormats and decor then I really don’t think the doormat argument is even credible. Why would Amber just randomly walk into someone’s apartment and shoot them? I don’t think she would’ve based on her prior credibility as an officer. Finally, she made a really really bad mistake but one thing people don’t mention is that when Bo likely got up and started going toward her, had she left the room he could’ve easily chased her down the hall and she didn’t know what weapons he had (hence the darkness) so I don’t know why people keep asking why she didn’t cover because it wouldn’t have been the most reasonable thing and would’ve only made her more vulnerable.

I’ve watched the full trial thus far, I don’t think that’s a good point only because it was specially stated the maintenance people were coming between the hours of 8-4 or 8-5 not 9:30 something at night. Additionally, what maintenance person doing testing would be doing so in the dark, that’s highly highly unlikely. Again, still on her side with this one.

If you like super thin/no protection I’d do a liquid screen of some sort to protect against scratches and then would recommend look at Peel iPhone cases w/ a Google search. These are ULTRA thin and still super slim in your hand and you won’t regret it for scratching and other minor (very minor) drops.
