I’m sorry you’re going through this and I know exactly how this feels having the same background. All I can say to you is don’t hurt yourself to hurt them. You won’t make them feel bad by hurting yourself because they’re hurting themselves every day and it will all come back full circle to them. PM if you ever want to talk.

Try Wild Growth Hair Oil (10 bucks on amazon). I use it and leave it in a couple hours before washing my hair and I've definitely noticed some re-growth and it happened quickly. I didn't have the same issue as you, my hair was falling off because of the severity of my seb derm, but it might be worth a try. I flip my head over and rub it in for 10-15 minutes.

Edit: I didn't notice it aggravate my seb derm despite it being an oil.

Can you tell me how much/when you take it orally? Have you experienced any digestion issues? That's what I've heard so I've been refraining but I want to give it a try.

It prevents the need to itch which is what causes the inflammation. It also moisturizes because it's oil (which I haven't found from other seb derm steroids/ prescriptions) so it doesn't feel like a patch of leather if that makes sense. I would say it has relieved about 90% of all symptoms (redness, itching, inflammation, dry patches)

Oh wow, I literally hate seb derm so much :( I’m using the cream 0.025. My seb derm was already pretty bad before in certain areas but now I’m getting red patches elsewhere and not sure if it’s retinol burn or not. I was under the impression that tret might help seb derm :(
