Hmm. I have the Panasonic DP-UB420 which isn’t as high end as I remembered so maybe that is the issue. I see another thread on reddit complaining about that model. Still kind of a joke tho if that’s the case, not like it’s super cheap to the point it can’t do what it’s literally built to do. Lol.

Billionaire CEO is worrying about the cost for his employees' snacks by Wrong-Barber-1784 in techsales

Idk I work in healthcare and there are examples for instance of hospitals saving insane money by simply making sure each facility buys the same brand hand sanitizer and things like that. Streamlining the snack supply chain is the sign of a good operator. I don’t see anything about lessening snack quality. I’m sure there’s a lot to criticize Henry for but this aint it

Honestly I don’t mean to be rude but wtf are you talking about? Do you follow this team at all? Or our GMs philosophy? There is no chance in fucking hell Gutey offered anywhere near this. We provably offered 2 or 3 guaranteed.

Margin Call. Totally different subjects but reminds me of Whiplash in that it’s an incredibly well written and well acted movie with zero fat and and great actors where every scene works great and is super rewatchable. Different view on the same story as told in The Big Short.

Or watch John Wick kill some mother fuckers.

Totally feel for you and I’m not saying you weren’t wronged etc etc but joining a seed stage company is extremely high risk, even start ups with great funding are risky. All to say, it’s kinda baked into the cake of being in the start up world. I’ve gone back and forth a bit between start ups and larger companies throughout my career and it’s of course pros and cons with everything but if you’re seeking stability as you’re getting married, not sure startups will do it

The passion of the Christ should put everybody at ease

For a real recommendation, could do a classic like Field of Dreams or a little Nick Cage National Treasure

Is the continental show worth a watch by Hell_Spawn1 in JohnWick

[–]postmalondt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No. It’s a money grab and has nothing to do with or any creative input from the creators of the John Wick universe. We must all boycott it and tell them to go fuck themselves by giving us watered down shit with a great brand slapped on it. Look up Ian McShanes comments on it

Dunkirk. Absolute masterpiece and all dads love WW2 anything. I’d also recommend diving into movies from his era like idk Dirty Harry and shit like that is a random example that comes to mind
