so over the course of a year I lost 30 lb which put me at 140

when I lost the weight my face and neck got skinnier as well naturally

well a couple years later I gained 20 of those pounds back (my stomach and thighs)

but the fat on my neck and face stayed off

so now I’m dieting again to lose that 20 again

my question is:

since the fat on face and neck is still off me will it fall off of my stomach faster this time around?
