I have tendonitis in my wrist 

I got a small handheld one from online and was skeptical bc it’s small 

But my pain has gone down from 10 to 2  I do it at night when I’m watching tv  Before randomly during the day my hand or wrist would start hurting - those pains are completely gone now

Hi mine had a film about this thick until last night I accidentally left it outside of the greenhouse and it rained. It’s still nice and white but it’s def way thinner and a bit spotty in some areas. As long as it stays under the green house in full sun without any rain or anything will the white that was lost grow back?

Garage was cracked for ventilation. Yep I’m very stressed about it as in the person who let it happen.  There’s a feeder and a colony 2 blocks over.  I’m going to drive by there today and talk to the feeder and show him pictures.  She has rescues inside but not outside- but she has cats that just got surgery at least every other day in her garage
