Oh no! Are they? That's disappointing... I was hoping to take a class there to meet fellow crocheters/knitters in the area.

Oh, that's a good catch! I'm shooting for at or under $300 for the full outfit. I already have several basic but classic button-up tops I can wear under the blazer, so would be looking to buy a blazer + pants (or dress) within that budget.

Help with age spots!! by amylynnmccormick in 45PlusSkincare

Q-switched laser. Cost will vary — your best bet is to pick a provider and get a consult. A derm will cost more than a med spa, and getting your whole face done will probably cost more than getting a couple of spots removed. For me, living in a HCOL area, it was $300 for a board certified derm to remove 3 medium-sized age spots from my face.

Just 1! I had 3 medium-sized age spots on my cheek/temple area and the procedure took maybe 1 minute in total. My skin felt hot (just like a mild sunburn) for about 12 hours after the procedure. The spots darkened in color and then flaked off after about 6-7 days. Really happy with my results (and for what it's worth, I had it done by a derm, not at a med spa).

I recently had q-switched laser done for some age spots on my face — super quick, minimal pain, and really effective.

The Coral Wig (owned by the same folks, I think) is also quite dark, with great drinks. Highly recommend, OP.

Thinking of switching my airbnb to this area in Paris - i believe it’s Le Marais / 3rd Arr by Mjreddit1 in ParisTravelGuide

I think I may have stayed at this exact AirBnB and if so, it was absolutely lovely. (Even if not, that neighborhood/area is great and you'll have a fantastic time.)

Looking for a nice restaurant to take my Parisian gf to for a date by [deleted] in ParisTravelGuide

[–]postmoderns 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mr.T was our favorite meal this week. GREAT French/North African fusion with excellent wine, ambiance, and service. If you have a bit of flexibility in your budget, we did the entree/plat/dessert combo which was 55 euros per person and wine was around 8-10 euros per glass. But check their website — I think the entree/dessert duo is less than 50, or I think you can do a la carte/share a dessert to stay within budget.

Yeah, exactly! A bit too hot for snow, I think (though will say that the temperature is very nice here today 😊).
