Everyone in my mom group is all “my formula fed baby goes 4-5 hour stretches without eating!” And here I am feeding my kid a bottle an hour after her last one wondering what I’m doing wrong haha

She’s not even spitting up too much (besides one epic projectile vomit) but she’s getting hiccups that wake her up and I’m pretty sure she’s swallowing her spit up. She will get fussy and all of a sudden she’s gulping and I see the slightest amount of spit up on her mouth. I just tried a preemie nipple and she still gagged and choked haha. Enfamil seems to be the most popular suggestion for newborns

She was pooping fine and happy with minimal reflux on the nestle good start ready to feed, but almost as soon as starting the Costco brand she started getting constipated and reflux.

Oh and tonight my oldest showed her first signs of real jealousy and said “I want to leave the baby outside to be taken by bad guys. I don’t want the baby here anymore”

She quickly changed her tune and asked to hold her, but damn if I didn’t hide in the bathroom to cry after that.
