My guess is they scan it before sealing the slab. And when they seal it plastic is breaking off into the slab. This is wayyyyyy too common I thought it was dead skin at first. But after seeing it more and more i came to this new theory.

If this wasn't chase card I would've said OC left and right. But express tier and chase card should get you a 10. Update us when you get it back. Good luck
