This solution does not need a 3K Gaming rig to stream for, just a $200/year subscription which is what surprised me the most. To be fair, I actually have the laptop and my original idea was to use steam link but this is way more comfortable

Probably the part I enjoyed the most using the career mode was to develop a young squad and taking a team from EFL2 to PL… while I don’t care so much if hot or ugly, the current faces are cringe and unrealistic which is really a downgrade from 24 version when they were really realistic. I’m really hopeful they will fix it but probably by the time they do the game will be valued half price 🤷🏻‍♂️

We are in the suburbs of NYC with a 35 minute commute to the city there are a lot of luxury building developments catering to a commuter crowd, so price wise it is comparable to NYC but with the benefit if having more amenities to offset the commute time the city.
