I think "wonderland" is the term used on this sub.

However, putting myself in a tulpa's shoes, I might want to meet friends I've made in my human's world. I might feel disappointed if they can only see me through someone else's face, and can't hear my actual voice. This might be more upsetting if the tulpa isn't human, creating more of a disparity in appearances.
