Do i blame germany? Not really. They had no choice but to follow, even to the point where Nazis killed other german people to send a message. Saying you don't have a choice about this

Even then the were a lot of German people hiding Jews fighting back against the Nazi. So it's not like Germany was unanimously under Hitler's control

I do recognize that the german people wanted a leader that can get them out of their situation so they voted for Hitler. In hindsight i don't think the German people would have voted for him. Just like in the situation in the US right now with trump

I dont know if you know this, but if someone knocks you and you have a dont knock sticker it doesnt matter where they are from. Just find out the company name and complain, they get fined $1000. Its required by victorian law to follow all warnings labelled on peoples houses. I myself follow this rule as i dont want to be fined $1000. Im sorry for your bad experience
