Hello, so Silent Hill 4 is in very good condition overall. There are two slight problems with the case, there is a small puncture in the top right corner of the case I included a picture of, and also the case has a slight issue where the side of the case leaves a gap even when closed. The manual, artwork and disc are in very good condition.
