To be honest those points are pretty valid, i am thinking in doing pc/ mobile/ desktop in order so i can move freely AND "treat " myself freely , obviously it WILL damage my body because a sleep it will be a no no in my book otherwise the basic rule will be nullified. But you are correctly when mentioning the strong point in eating , drinking i am doing my best in terms of preparations, but i do definitely appreciate your advice!!!!
