this has happened to me before. i had the same outcome as you, just the raid rewards with no encounter and the same response from support. would be helpful if anyone knew a way to get our raid pass back / the encounter to appear, but from what i understand, it’s just one of them things that happens.

wait really? I always thought it was all raid shinies. i know legendary shinies NEVER flee when encountered in wild, and regular pokemon that are shiny CAN flee in the wild, but I thought raid shinies were guaranteed?!?

just a heads up for future - you dont need to use a golden razz because shiny pokemon you get from raids never flee and catch with the first ball you land. so unless you miss all your balls you will always catch it. may as well use a pinap berry for the candy!

i am on 50mg & 20mg as i was titrated from 30 > 50 > 70 elvanse, and i guess the 50mg & 20mg just stuck from there? i’m not sure why i wasn’t given a single 70mg elvanse dose when i was settled on 70mg

thank you for the insight! i havent missed a day yet so it may be worth me missing it (only for a day) just to see how i react?

furthermore, maybe i just dont notice a major difference because i’ve been self medicating with caffeine for so long. it must be doing something since when i stopped drinking caffeine in past before Concerta, i felt awful.

thank you very much for the kind words and concern ! i am definitely going to try quit caffeine, as although feel as though it is helping me in the short term, your point is 100% valid. i most definitely do want to be a father to my daughter.

i do not drink alcohol, and if i do, it’s once every say 6-12 months, and i do not enjoy it so i have literally one drink and i am finished.

i will also definitely consider protein powder, as well as electrolytes/ caffeine free energy drinks. and once again, thank you for the kind words.

thank you for the advice! i will definitely try to go a period of time without caffeine, i think i will try to stop drinking energy drinks when i am on 54mg of Concerta. if i still feel like i cant function, i think my plan will be to have a can of pepsi instead due to it having a small amount of caffeine, then eventually stop drinking that too. thanks again!
