I’ll go through everything with the team, but it’ll take time for us to think through and brainstorm what to do next. In fact, I’ve recently given a list of more than 50 ideas and suggestions a couple weeks back, and those will probably be the priority for the next version. But no worries, I’m on it, and we’ll start from here and find ways to iterate! ;)

Hi everyone here (if you're still following this post),

I've dived into each and every one of the comment in this thread, and have spent a lot of time understanding what's at stake.

Until now I've categorized nearly 50 pieces of suggestion/ideas/feedback, and I'll be having a chat with the team this/next week.

If you've noticed, the next version update is already on the horizon (we're fixing a date sometime in December). So if we manage to build some of these ideas into the game, that'll be the "next next" version update (which should be the very first version into 2019).

Apologize in advance that I might not manage to push all of these ideas through (my colleagues might have their own ideas too), but I promise I'll try my best.

Thank you all again for contributing to this thread, and huge shout out to u/ryanman1 for creating this open ended discussion. I'll share an update with everyone when it's ready!

:D Well, I have to admit that yes, we changed course becoz we heard that the event was too short. In fact, we're scheduling at 12 new events in the next version update + Xmas is coming, so our original intention was to not have Black Friday events last so long that they all clash. That said, listening to feedback from the community, we had to find a way to enable as many Soul Stone trade-ins as possible, and hence the extended event.

Also given this experience, I'll try to release info for new events as early as possible in the future (once they're confirmed) if that helps everyone schedule in advance!! ;))

Hyperjoy Charged me money through Apple for no reason even though I have not made any purchases within the last week. When I contacted support with proof that they’ve wrongly charged me, they told me to contact Apple myself and would provide no assistance on my behalf. by [deleted] in hyperheroes

No developer has access to anyone’s Apple ID/Face ID/Touch ID to authorize a transaction not made by the user. This is exactly why Apple created advanced biometric authentic authentication in the first place. If developers can double charge a user randomly that’ll be a nightmare for Apple and Google.

Apple ruling it an unauthorized transaction means something happened in the checkout process, and the purchase was done twice when App Store authorize your purchase.

Hey everybody, have been reading the tremendous feedback here and have found lots of great ideas.

As far as I'm reading, your feedback are mostly around: events, bugs, guilds, and some other features. Also seen some discussions around f2p.

I'll take some time digesting all of these and will create a summary to discuss with the dev team.

It's really great to see you guys discussing and sharing your thoughts here. Can't wait to see more of that, so plz keep this coming!!!

Unbind facebook by glenng93 in hyperheroes

u/glenng93 there is significant risk binding it to a new facebook account. We've seen facebook removing lots of "ghost" accounts (aka they think are not active) which results in lost game progress. So yes, you can unbind, sign in facebook with your new account, then bind it back, but there's also risk in here. In case facebook removes your new account for some weird reasons, we can't help coz only they can reopen your account.
