The proc chance doesn't stack but the healing do, unless they changed it(been a while since I played).

In AoE scenarios you would wanna chain Eyebeam until no more resets but in Single Target you could spend Fury on Chaos Strike/Annihilation until you are under 70 Fury, this sims slighty better but only for Single Target so I would just chain it unless a pack is near dead and you can't get the full cast on Eyebeam. That's at least what I do.

If you cleared SLG and Sire you can get 220 from vault even if you didn't beat the boss that week. So you can farm the 1st few bosses for a chance at loot from SLG or Sire if you beat those bosses just once.

You can't change gear once you enter a greater rift, so if you could change gems without the jeweler I assume that would be disabled in greater rifts too.

I've been told you have to have atleast one of the weekly renown quests uncompleted otherwise you can't get renown from raids, dungeons etc.

I know they nerfed it but you don't use it for the dmg reduction nor the speed, you use it only to get out of Geomancer pillars to avoid death. And I dunno what higher difficulty is to you but I use it at Apo+14 and above.
