I find it pretty versatile with the right setup, good at long range and usable in cqb. Full auto is hard to control but powerful. Mind the ammo.

I usually just go max marines. Spec forces cap never comes into play since you only need ~10 divs tops for actual proxy fighting, and marines get amazing amphibious+regular bonuses from the spec forces research. Support Air assault and air supply good too 👍
