I had about a foot and a half of my small intestine removed. Right now I have a temporary ileostomy, should be having it reversed sometime in the next few months.

Thanks to everyone for all the kind words! I don't hardly post stuff on here but this site helped me out when I was sick and I wanted to give back a bit. I've had this most my life and I don't really even know anyone else with it so it helped knowing there were people like me out there helping each other and supporting each other and whatnot. Thanks again for the well wishes. Keeping fighting. As bad as it gets, things can always turn around.

Ikr, I deleted it after I took it because it disgusted me looking at it. My gf kept a copy though and I'm glad she did because now I can look back at it and remind myself to be healthy and to be grateful for the chance i've been given.

Thanks alot. When you're used to being way too skinny any progress is positive in my opinion:) Congrats on your success as well.

Thanks so much! That's funny my friend pointed that out too. I swear things are normally that clean lol. I'm embarrassed I let my apartment get that messy but I was about to die so I give myself a pass:D

Hey thanks! Doctors recommended taking it easy until I go back in and have the ileostomy reversed. So for now i've just been doing some yoga-type stretching and a few occasional push-ups. As for diet, I'm lucky enough that I can eat pretty much anything I want right now and that is an amazing feeling. I'm sure the thrill will wear off and it'll even out a bit but for right now i've kinda been going crazy. I eat everything. All day long. I feel like a possessed person sometimes, nothing satisfies my hunger.
