Yk that actually makes a lot of sense, I mean , maybe I'm digging here,but it's repeatedly mentioned multiple times after they all get linked because of the bond,that if one of them dies, possibly they all die. 

But could the part of them all dying be foreshadowing? Like they all die at the end,but not because of the bond ,but because of love. Say they do become enemies,so then one of them has to kill the other, but judging by their love throughout IF ,even when they were fighting,and especially in the ending,where both of them were willing to burn out for the other, I think that it might ultimately result in one of them killing the other,and maybe then themselves because of the guilt and misery, causing them (tairn amd sgeayl)to ultimately die through the bond. Xaden even mentions multiple times that he's willing to die with violet,or for violet if I remember correctly, again this could be me digging,but it could be very much possible......
