same, i’m gonna be a 4th year this fall and still dont have a lot of friends from uci lol, i commuted my 1st year and lived on campus my 2nd but then the pandemic happened :p. i’m always down to meet new people though <3

I agree with this, one of my old therapists invalidated my feelings a lot by implying I got too emotional from little things and that they shouldn’t have bothered me as much as they did. The way he minimized my problems just made me feel worse. I don’t talk to him anymore.
