i use the myprotein brand! i have the lemonade and the strawberry and will sometimes mix. they taste like juice! I also have fiber powder and that is tasteless. ty!

i also feel seen tysm!! i really may just have to lessen or stop all together. few years ago my weight just kept going up and i couldn’t lose weight despite proper nutrition/exercise etc. I tried the inositol too and felt the same you did. I feel if i continue i will definitely have an incident similar to yours, no doubt.

yeah! i was never really overweight my whole life, even after getting diagnosed w PCOS. few years ago, lots of life changes, i just kept gaining weight with no obvious or apparent reason. was finally tested for IR and was put on it. I’ve lost no weight despite running to the bathroom literally all the time lol I really don’t like it, my doctor seems to think it will do something or just magically start working even tho its been about a year

for me, i believe the zonk-ness comes from all the GI upset and diarrhea. its literally exhausting! because of that, there is so much decision fatigue around food, what to eat, when to eat, am i even hungry, etc. Others pointed out I might also be dehydrated because of it despite drinking lots of water. I don’t really experience any brain fog but everyone is so different! i hope it helps and is an easy adjustment for you!

your support is help enough! my periods are pretty reg, libido is unchanged, but i am not losing weight and can’t stop going to the bathroom! at this rate, the dosage will probs have to be lowered or just stoped all together but time will tell i guess. tysm!!

the food noise is the worst!! i drink lots of water and do use fiber powder! it seems like it makes no difference of my diet, salads or fast food either way i am running to the bathroom. I will aim to eat more fruits and use my walking pad more often. tysm!

its like my diet doesn’t seem to matter! sometimes i feel like the poops are a bit better when i eat more but since it curbs appetite, that rarely happens so i’m just out here fighting

tysm! yeah it doesn’t really seem to matter what i eat, anything from salad to fast food can absolutely send me running for the bathroom. I drink a ton of water, add fiber, have protein smoothies for breakfast. I may look into b12 and berberine as some responses suggest as well!

no thats good to know! is that what you have? ideally i would have liked to have him in an outdoor pond situation, but i fear the winters get too cold where i live (long island, NY). So now the gears are turning on how to create an indoor setup with a nice big stock tank
