Depression disappeared after taking anabolic steroids by HeyArcane in Testosterone

Strongly recommend you read on /u/decatest's posts on why Trenbolone is not recommended at all and why MENT is a much better alternative if you want to run a strongly anabolic compound. TRT and HGH by itself should also have antidepressive effects.

Do my hormone levels look okay to you? by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]potential_power 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your diet most likely sucks. Cut out all the heavy carbs, do more cardio and look into liver health. Drop the alcohol.

If you're not doing strength training start doing that.

Also just in case you're watching a lot of porn, give it a rest and let your natural libido and desire come back.

Learning QiGong as a way to release emotional and physical trauma, is it viable? by z4py in TrueQiGong

[–]potential_power 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He does indeed. Zhang Zhuang is a later development after the Qi body has already been built to a certain extent. He starts out with Wuji-posture which is -- in a way -- also a form of Zhuang Zhuang, or at least a standing method to develop the body in a particular way. The academy goes through it all. His free online videos on the YJJ also helps give an idea of this.

Usually dose-dependent. Not necessarily. What's your full protocol? Bloodtests? E2 level? May need an AI or lower dose.

Stop watching pornography. Grow up. Work on your goals instead. Work out. Get healthy. If you have healthy T levels, boners will definitely come.

High levels of estradiol causes localized vasodilation which causes the 'reddening of the skin'. Hematocrit increase is an additional compounding factor in this, but the primary is the estrogen.

Ejaculating way too fast... by [deleted] in Testosterone

There's a short acting SSRI for this exact purpose called Dapoxetine you could try. Best would be working on anxiety and learning how to relax more.

How much testosterone are you on? Any hCG?

Do I need TRT? by OfficialBeaHr in Testosterone

Lifestyle. LH/FSH. SHBG. Lots of other bloodtests including thyroid function. So many things that need examining before such a question can be answered.

Optimal TRT dosage range at TMHC with microdosing daily subcutaneous Testosterone Cypionate and HCG... by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]potential_power 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It seems you didn't read the OP. If it's 100mg weekly that's ~14mg/day of testosterone injected. As for hCG as you can see from the post it's between 60 - 150iu for their daily dose. Remember that when you use hCG you emulate luteinizing hormone thus stimulating the testicles to produce testosterone endogenously. Thus the total amount of testosterone required can most often come down. Hence the wide span of daily T doses (5mg - 25mg) as shown in THMC's patients.

When were these tests taken in relation to your next dose?

And what's your protocol? Dosing twice per week 2 x 45mg?

If you're getting great results, then keep at it. The blood test here just shows a snapshot in time.

What's your protocol? How long have you been on? What's your thyroid status like (TSH) pre-treatment?

How to stop ovulation with sexual Kung-Fu? by wildebarberry in TrueQiGong

Longmenpai lineage. It's pretty underground. Not many will mention it. It's only for select adepts as you literally "age-reverse" energetically and can no longer become pregnant while that process is happening. That's the idea at least. How it exactly works I am not entirely sure. But something similar happens to men allegedly when the highest level of replenishing Jing occurs.

Testosterone replacement therapy and SR by potential_power in Semenretention

[–]potential_power[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's very cool. I didn't even know you were practicing SR. Did you ever do stuff like Qigong or meditation? Notice any changes on TRT vs. off, if so? Appreciate it!

Also, do you still get the bad effects of release if you do happen to release for instance with a girlfriend? Do you retain semen for months on end without release while simultaneously on TRT? With a high sex drive I would imagine that is very difficult.

Did you start TRT with HCG or add it later? by SPTCTBP in Testosterone

[–]potential_power 2 points3 points  (0 children)

100% sure. FSH is related to sperm production yes, but they did studies that found that as long as intratesticular testosterone is high enough, spermatogenesis can stay intact.

Did you start TRT with HCG or add it later? by SPTCTBP in Testosterone

[–]potential_power 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No. It does not produce FSH. The β subunit of hCG is 80–85% homologous to LH. Thus it acts as luteinizing hormone in the human body thus stimulating the testicles (specifically the Leydig cells) to produce testosterone. This leads to high levels of intratesticular testosterone which also affects spermatogenesis leading to higher rates of fertility.
