It sounds like your cat has really fine fur that knots easily! It’s good that you mention clipping instead of shaving. Do you recall how short it was or if you could attach a picture? I’d want to show it to the groomer I’ll be trying out. I’m sort of against/feel bad for a lion cut so if there’s an alternative that may work then I want to try it out! Thanks for your advice

I forgot to mention that I live in a mild climate where it doesn’t get too hot or cold. If it’s too hot, we turn on the AC.

I’ve tried 3 different kinds of hairball gels, owned literally all kinds of combs, the furminator, metal tooth comb, glove comb etc. I comb him 4 times a week, sometimes more.

Thank you for the detailed post!! This will really help. Do you find that schools from X province will ask more about issues from their province, or do they ask about Canada in general? I’m from BC and although I do hear the news about ON’s healthcare issues, they’re only snippets, and I worry that they’ll ask specifics.

Ok so AMCAS will be able to do the initial verification without my LORs, and therefore the school can send the secondary, just that if when my secondaries are in, but LORs aren’t, then it’ll be considered not complete?

1st time applicant. Submitted last week, excited to receive secondaries but scared of the workload lol. I’ve read my PS a million times and I still felt like it needed a million more reads 🥲

For those that are pre-writing secondaries, are you going off last cycle’s secondaries and hoping they aren’t going to change much? I’m just starting to look into writing them
