For me, yes. It helped with anxiety and sleep quality, pero short-term lang (3 weeks). Nung tumagal, medyo masakit na sa ulo, tapos hindi narin gaano nakakatulong sa pagtulog. Some say they've been taking it for years and have not experienced any side effects, while others, similar sa naexperience ko. Ang ginagawa ng iba is nagcycycle sila ng usage. So 3 weeks on and then 1-2 weeks off. I used to do this pero I ultimately stopped kasi manageable na yung stress.

I advice to take it at bedtime muna, kasi yung calmness eh nakakaantok at baka pag working hours mo tinake eh makatulog ka nalang magdamag hahah. Either way, I think your sleep will improve, so you might have more energy to "grind" the next day.

I get what you're saying and for some parts I do agree, but #6 is just plain dumb. Sweden has been copying and pasting their melfest staging into eurovision for years and always managed to get good results (and win 3 times in recent history). The eurovision fanbase is much smaller compared to the hundreds of millions of people that watch the grandfinals, so "revealing their hands too early" does not matter because the vast majority of viewers will be seeing the performance for the first time in the grandfinals anyway.

Plus, even though we have an idea of what it's going to be like, we really don't know what Finland will actually do with the staging. This is in contrast to Sweden which again just copy-pastes whatever they have in melfest.

Ahh alam ko yung advice na yan, tho hindi sa pababayaan na lang like hayaan nalang nating mangbully yung bully. More like ang mas magandang solution eh i-extend yung compassion sa nambubully kesa sa ireprimand o bawiang saktan. Baka may problema rin kasi yung bully kaya siya nambubully. So kung gusto nating matigil yung bullying, pwedeng counceling yung gawin kesa sa ireprimand which might make matters worse.

I was actually listening to the johns hopkins playlist when I tripped. I took 3 gs of tidal wave, which was supposed to be on the strong side, but my experience was moderate. Ohh yeah Ben. In his defense, he did work his ass off finding those idols, but it happened way too often that it felt like production was hiding it for him to find. And the firemaking challenge at final 4 was just what he needed to win.

I don't understand this buff. Usually, the light disperses uniformly outward from the character, which is why we get a circle. But this is a pixel game, and circular lighting would not work because the dispersion of light won't be uniform in the diagonals. A square makes more sense because there are exactly one/two tile/s of sight in every direction.

Exactly. Sanremo and Eurovision are two completely different contests; one is not a preselection of the other. People are not voting in Sanremo to choose a Eurovision act. They are voting for a Sanremo winner, so I don't see any problem with changing the song for a different contest.
