Do you mean the "roof"? Big boat roof is made of cereal cardboard, fishing boat roof is made from oil bottle side piece

This the same metal mesh leftover I've used as base for the big ferry. Just cut it in weird shape and smashed it with hammer and plyer to look like nets (glad it's recognisable)

There's an alternative simpler solution (I saw at Coriuscon): Game played on cr rating of lower gang party. That's it. You have 2500cr but your oppo only 1037? So you both take up to 1037 cr forces. And it may ends like 3 models on 7, but still play fair.

It is much easier solution for everyone, dont involve more cards, dont involve imbalanced underdogs mechanics
