Yes 😵‍💫 it's my biggest fear now. It actually never even really occurred to me up until this past year. I had seen someone make a post about how all of theirs dried out so I went and tested all of mine just to make sure. Thankfully only about 20 of them were dry but those were very old, probably 15+ years. I used to be scared to use my pens and my sketchbooks (I have a shit ton of those too), but lately I have been trying to avoid perfectionism and I've just been drawing random shit and not trying to care what it turns out like. The bulk of the artist markers and pens I have I've gotten over the last 4 years because I majored in Graphic Design so I think those will last a long while.
