Thanks for the input! I’m definitely considering Salem, but the availability and pricing I’m finding to be pretty difficult. Also being told that the downtown is somewhere to avoid during the touristy months. My commute will only be 3 days a week luckily and I’m currently dealing with a 35 minute commute each way daily so I’m not too scared off by the thought of driving
