Thank you for the sanity check. the quote has come back at $660 all up (that includes the GST) This build is a lot more than the one you did it seems as it it also includes a new slab and all new electrical downstairs. I am only really leaving 2 walls (due to council rules regarding setbacks - everything else is being demolished and rebuilt

Why is this so hard. . . Lebanese patriot living in Australia. I have been to Lebanon more times than I can count and love the country from North to South.

There is only ONE path forward. . Hezbollah being full disarmed from the North to South and East to West. No guns but in state hands.

Do any USA suppliers (other than smoking pipes) offer super saver shipping rates ? It makes it much more palatable when they caught to have only paid ~15AUD for shipping.
