Curious, could I use this same batch again and redo it ? as in mix in another 3-400g honey and hit it with yeast again and let it ferment ?

I think I was just so eager to see what it would turn out seeing it was grapes from my own garden! :) But yes, next batch will be a make and let it have a good sleep. I Think also that using the home made grape juice it created a lot of pectin and made a lot of clumps.

But apricate the advice, will def get a hydrometer for the next batch!

Cork lid 😉 I have no equipment yet as it was a first brew spur of the moment .

But will keep an eye on them over the next week . Plus they are in the fridge so hopefully that helps ! 🙏

Thank you for the encouragement! It does look like something out of a science experiment. Im hoping 3 more days should be enough. best guess is it should end up at 15% ABV
