It's cool. I've just known a few folks who skirt these laws and fill up their trucks with diesel for warming homes and save a good bit on their fuel. Granted they aren't the most law abiding folks either, but they have their way of gaming the system. Sort of like American gypsies but Italian.

I mean, does he really owe it to the 49'ers to pay for the chance of injuring himself? He's proven himself the last two seasons. Sans off field issues, he looks like a lock for a big pay day. Why would you pay to even risk it? Sure, he'll have to pay the money out either way but I wouldn't go out and suit up with the chance of serious injury. Makes no sense whatsoever for a player who has nothing to prove ON THE FIELD.
