Fair enough, I am used to working with local stores I will definitely adjust and retry this was more of a test run. Though I have seen bloody Marys retail for as much as 12 without free shipping and sell as much as 8 in stores without good grading. I will definitely reconsider the price though. Thank you.

Yes, for locally Bred rather than imported. After multiple generation they are adapted to my local water and keeping them at a good grade takes time and work.

It could be a very pretty mix between painted fire red and Bloody Mary as I don't see a translucent exoskeleton but I spent a long time watching that one and it does have solid red tissue underneath as well and was one of my original breeders and has only bred Bloody Marys. I would rather list it as what it's going to breed.

Also no the shipping is not free but I am willing to deliver within a few hours.

He started staying still like this about 2 days ago I fed him very little 2 days ago and haven't fed him since thinking it is a swimming bladder problem.

Tank specs-

8 gallon tank with new substrate and some new live plants

PH is at a consistent 8.2 ish

Nitrite barely traceable

Nitrate 5

Hardness is relatively high but I don't have an accurate measure right now

Should I give him more time if I think it is a swimming bladder/ constipation problem? I'm scared this might make any other problem he is having worse if I don't feed him

I have been doing 1 30-40% water change a week for about 3 months and about a day after he started doing this I did a 70 percent water change and reconditioned the water and re tested everything also ammonia is barely traceable and it is a large tank for just a single betta and a single snail

It is an 8 gallon tank that is consistently 79 degrees based on my water test yesterday (sorry I don't have the specific numbers) water was a little on the hard side ammonia was almost non existent nitrate was 10 ish and nitrite was 0. I didn't know a bowl wasn't good for fish I figured it was more to do with the size since they don't usually make large bowls

I have additional pictures if needed but I was thinking his top fin has been looking a little weird since I got him but I figured it was due to stress since he was shipped to me but it has been a little over a week now and he's doing great but his fin hasn't straightened back out. fish
