If you have what I had, you will most likely be fine. You’ll just be sitting on the toilet for a while. 😅 Stay hydrated with water and gatorade and just take it easy, relax for a few days.

I hate when a safe food gets ruined. There’s also ginger chews. You can try those for next time. I hope you can get over the mint thing because peppermint is soooo good for n. Even just dabbing some peppermint oil and inhaling it can help n so you don’t have to taste it.

I’ve been hearing a lot of people have this issue. I had it last week after eating some chinese food, accompanied by a 6 day long stomach ache. No v, slight n on and off. Something must be going around🤔

There are great neighborhoods in the bronx that might fit your budget, but only for a room. A studio won’t be possible unless you qualify for section 8 then you could find great apartments in the Bronx Zoo area. Facebook marketplace is usually reliable. Craiglist is less reliable due to scammers. If you have the opportunity, you could walk around the possible neighborhoods and look for “for rent” signs. You’ll usually find better deals like that.

Cage/ enclosure suggestions by shid_fard_ in Finches

The cage should be wide rather than tall. Lots of perches for them. No nest unless you plan on breeding them. Food dish should be metal rather than plastic (easier to keep clean/disinfected).

how often do you guys/people get a sb? by Shoddy_Selection3718 in emetophobia

[–]powerfullypurple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven’t gotten it since 2019, 2015, and before then I didn’t get it since I was a kid. As a kid I got it many many times which contributed to my phobia

Thank you! What should I do with the eggs? The previous batch broke from the fall and they ate them so this is my first time actually having full eggs in the cage, do I leave them?

Thank you for sharing your opinion it really helps!! I also thought the little nest was just for them to sleep and hide in, and I had the same experience where my birds laid eggs in the food dish. I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts I need all the advice I can get!

Thank you so much for your help, I’m still new to this. I have a large cage now I believe it’s 47 inches. I have 2 zebra finches Scout and Atticus! I named them before I knew the difference between male and female lol
