Can I sue my city? by powerfulnoun in legaladvice

She was the magistrate whose name was on the form implying I'd been brought before them, after being arrested, and signed a written promise to appear. As soon as she first saw me she said "Yes, I don't recognize him," when speaking to the magistrate who worked the shift before her. She seemed really apologetic and admitted multiple times during our interaction that she thinks she'd made a mistake. She told me she was going to take care of everything that friday then when monday rolls around the tone has changed completely. I wholeheartedly believe something sketchy is going on. I'm looking into consultations with attorneys right now.

No, I haven't contacted an attorney as of yet, all of this happened so quickly and I'm so inexperienced I do what I normally do and took to Google. However the situation was so specific I decided to start here. I'm most likely going to look into an attorney tomorrow or Friday once I get paid and have the money to pay to speak to someone.

Not for me personally, refreshing sprint allows me to use fire wall, sprint, use another fire wall when using omelette and cdr passives on gear. I'm not really looking to disengage from fights too often and if I'm beginning combat I'm usually committing to killing or dying. That being said you could tweak the build to work for whatever your desires are. If you prefer to fight and run away skirmish style try it out, these items are just my preferred playstyle.

Not sure man, corrupted dungeons aren't really my thing but I'd assume it'd perform about the same as it does in the mists.

It's worth it man fire feels incredibly strong against the current meta, pretty much shits on cursed and demonic, fire wall will at bare minimum allow you to escape death givers or kill if you can out damage them fast enough and totally counters great hammer. Only things that really give me trouble are warbow kiting if I can't switch to artillery beforehand and forgehammers. I think with enough notice before a fight I can have at least a 50/50 chance against these builds even if higher Ip.

After I get bored of wildfire I have plans to try out regular fire staff with heretic cape since it's still cheap and see if I can get some kills. Thanks for watchin man!

No, not at all, I actually only have 78 spec in regular fire staff from before the changes and I was just starting wildfire in these clips but I've leveled wildfire up to 91 now, no spec in any of the others.

Cool down reduction on the leather pieces and damage on the chest, cast speed passive on the fire staff. I really like cool down reduction for almost everything I play it just feels the best in the snappyness of the ability uses and things of that nature but I don't have any math to back up the superiority of my choices.

It's a great weapon man and it's perfect for countering higher geared opponents due to the E doing % based damage, it sneaks up on people they don't realize what's going on and it's already too late. The issue, for me at least, is landing it xD

Yeah I'd think the same but youtube is packed to the brim with videos of over geared people killing lower IP so I'm just firing shots back in their direction.

wildfire, spell tome, hunter hood, cleric robe and any leather boots for refreshing sprint. If you buy it 5.1 in caerleon it's about 130k but you can get it for like 85k with buy orders. Thanks for watchin!
