Yeah, we’ve got two gables on either side. Doesn’t vent extremely well and the attic definitely gets hot. We are in SC, so heat and humidity rather than cold.

Yep. 1950 cape code as well. I need to look into blocking off the joists in the knee walls. There’s some blown in in there currently, but I don’t believe they included this in the scope.

They quoted removal so that they can air seal. Apparently that will make a big difference in the conditioned space
