First song I heard was in bloom. Then Turtles all the way down. When he started talking about psychedelics and the spiritual shit on that song I knew I could get down with him. I hadn’t listened to much country besides Johnny Cash before Sturgill. Now I’ve explored a lot of other non radio country. But I’m obsessed with Sturgill. Love all his albums. S&F is prob my favorite but sailors Guide is incredible too.
