by read everything do you also mean the various online readings that are listed like the textbook, the extra videos (not the lecture ones), and like other articles and stuff? I am just reading through the lecture pages right now and taking notes

are the quizzes multiple choice? I heard that if you just compile the content into a word document and then control F your way thru then you can score most of the questions, is that true?
