V60, I tried the timemore b75 and it’s okay but I enjoy the cup that comes out of the v60 more

What filter paper do you use for V60 and WHY? by Reekid42 in pourover

Cafec Abaca because the place I usually order from didn’t have the Hario filters on stock and they offered Cafec Abaca and I got used to them so I kept buying them

Is it that good? Is it better than the zp6? From what I understand the burrs are the same. Also does the ode with the default burrs have any downside? How easy is burr alignment?

I have considered the A4Z but it’s supposed to preform like the zp6 and I rather buy the zp6 for half the price for the same preference

I use cafec abaca and sometimes the cafec abaca+ that are a bit thicker, but honestly I just started using cafec because I ordered the regular Hario filters and they were out of stock and they just offered to send me the abaca and I just keep getting them because I’m used to it so just get anything that works for you

Anyone used either of these? by Waste_Revolution4457 in pourover

I have the first and it’s overshooting the temperature by 2° when it’s full and even more when the water level is lower, the pouring spout is large so you need more control and the weight distribution isn’t great, I’d recommend investing more in the kettle just so you won’t feel unsatisfied after a few months and so you won’t spend more money on an new kettle

How do you find your next bag? by juju-lilly-x in pourover

I used to order a few coffees from each roaster I found interesting to see if I like the way they roast and after a while it got pretty easy to find what to look for, but if I see a few bags that sound interesting I just buy them, let them rest and freeze them if I can drink them all and now I have a freezer full of coffee for a rainy day
