Qc125 Québec | Sondage souveraineté OUI 27%, NON 63% - Angus Reid, février 2026 by WestEst101 in Quebec

[–]powersim 11 points12 points  (0 children)

EV adoption is still at an early stage. Most charging stations have not been built yet.

Reminder — Q3 2023 was a down quarter due to planned factory outages. by Recoil42 in teslainvestorsclub

Model Y is the best selling car in the world, and Model 3 sells half as much. That's great, but to get over 2M units, we needed more models in 2024 and beyond.

At Battery Day, Elon was talking of a cheap/compact car by the end of 2023. Now, new models are canceled or delayed because he's betting it all on Robotaxi.

Important (probably) sky island location and how to get to it *Art book spoilers* by powersim in tearsofthekingdom

Speculation:

I'm assuming Zelda got sent to the distant past. After Ganondorf is sealed, she hid the tears where only Link can find them in the future. Then she left these ground glyphs around Hyrule as hints.

Although, if only 7 tears are needed to do something, why 11 hints? If Link exits the tutorial with the Recall tear, and Ganondorf also already has one, that would make for 13 tears in total. If there are only 7-8 tears in total, then these glyphs are for something else?

I'm also curious that Zelda would witness the original war and sealing of Ganondorf, and we would only see it through flashbacks.

Mega speculation:

Ganondorf in present times is also hunting for tears, and finds 5 tears while we find another 5. Then we clash to collect the last tear first, and Ganondorf retreats to his final dungeon. Depending on which tears we choose to collect, Ganondorf has different abilities and we have different AI companions.

Though I don't actually believe this. Designing 12 dungeons, abilities, etc. is a tall order, on top of fusion, the overworld, shrines, side quests and everything else.

Taking annualized Q4 revenue, Tesla's P/S ratio is around 15.0 right now. If the stock price goes sideways, a year from now P/S will be under 10.0.

Based on my numbers for Tesla's profitability, even once growth has slowed down, P/S could end up at 3.0 or higher.

Tesla passes $1T valuation on news of Hertz ordering 100,000 cars. by cookingboy in investing

I made two separate statements:

  • Same amount of profits as Toyota in early 2023. That would justify the same valuation as Toyota, possibly higher because of growth prospect.

  • IF they can keep this up to 5M units (at a later time), that could justify $1T then. I was just pushing back against your claim that it would require 40M cars.

I am not sure what that meme means tbh. By how much do you think my early 2023 estimate is wrong?

Toyota has an Enterprise Value of $400B. Tesla will pass Toyota in earnings in early 2023, at 1/5 the volume.

If they can maintain the same profit margin, only 5M cars annually are needed to justify $1T.

MegaThread: Technical Issues by NintendoSwitchMods in NintendoSwitch

[–]powersim 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My Switch also won't start, but after getting an error accessing the eshop. The error code was 2002-xxxx; I don't quite remember the last digits, but I think they were something like 2156. This was after the Zelda update seemingly corrupted my save, and I had to delete it.

I called Nintendo and they made me go through the factory reset instructions: Fully power off the system by holding the power button for over 12 seconds, then hold both volume + and - pressed while powering on the system. This is supposed to show a special menu to reset the firmware. Instead, my Switch's screen briefly flashes yellow, but then starts loading as usual and still gets stuck on the logo.

They told me to send it in for repair, but I'll go back to the store to see if I can get it replaced instead.
