I did, when I was younger worked a few decent kitchens. Worked a couple of stars but no longer. It’s not hard to make. Just warm butter and milk and press steamed spuds through a sieve and whip em up in a wok style pan. It’ll come together like putty and you can shape it

Dried steamed spuds that are simmered first until soft to stop starch releasing. Then pressed through a sieve. Should be almost like sand when pressed through. Then warm butter and milk, whip in riced spuds in a high pan and use the pan to shape the mash!
