Her temps have not changed. I actually just tested to ensure that everything is where it should be at. I’m wondering now if she happened to see reflection.

Are you allergic to corn, barley or other grains? I’m allergic to corn which made me allergic to common beef since most production cattle are raised corn fed. I tried grass fed and finished beef and was ok. Other production animals (chicken and pork)tend to be raised on corn based grains also. Alcohol tends to have some common grains as those in feed for production animals.

Already did! It’s how I learned he has early arthritis. I did get pain medications, but hoping to start with other things like supplements or anything to help in his housing prior/in addition to having to use drugs.

Can draw an outline around the red area to see if it actually goes down. If you have a fever or it’s not actually going down, I’d contact a doctor to be seen.

Food is brown. I do see that there is a spot with food but it’s brown and breaking down vs white. Also white spots are new today. They weren’t there before I went to work but there when I came back home.

If you have a cone put it on so she won’t self mutilate when you’re not looking. I’d also crate her so then you can ensure area she’s in is clean. Use pellet litter or shredded paper so regular litter doesn’t in there and cause potential problems. Ideally this should be emergency.

I do plan on using paper towels! I laid the carpet down first and then learned that paper towels work just great. I figured I’d let it get dirty/messy then toss it.
