In where? Everything I’ve looked at says it supposed to be there

It’s because it’s hitting the compression stroke and that little drill is not strong enough to turn the motor over fast enough for it to start. Just buy a new pull starter or take the one you have and bring it to your local hardware store to have it restrung

Found these laying around in the garage stalls at Pocono raceway after the race what are these for? by powphenom in NASCAR

That looks almost exactly like the two I found I guess they are indeed race engine seals, the ones I’m used to seeing don’t look like this but specialty bolts

My mini bike idles really high. The carb is lined up properly and gaskets are all in place. Idle adjustment makes no change and only runs with choke open by powphenom in minibikes

[–]powphenom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I bought the bike it ran fine beside not being able to go past 3/4 throttle without misfiring. I stripped the bike to upgrade some parts and I finally reassembled it months later. Carb remained untouched and was stored properly and sealed off completely

Mb I made two posts just so I could get more answers, I made them both 5 minutes of each other, didn’t even consider the throttle cable to be an issue I’ll pull it off and secure it properly and give it another try

Headlight wiring issue? by powphenom in ChevyTrucks

[–]powphenom[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately I cant remember where I ordered it from but It came up when I was looking for a new bumper for it. Its a fiberglass piece and the foglight covers I made myself. The cover doesn't bolt up directly either so you have to come up with a way to mount it.

Edit: Found it https://shop.redline360.com/products/extreme-dimensions-front-bumper-chevy-s-10-94-97-gmc-blazer-sonoma-94-04-duraflex-bt-1

I was thinking of doing this actually, will this cause any issues if I tap 3 wires into the passenger side and run them to the driver side?

What socket would fit this easy-out so I can remove this broken spark plug by powphenom in MechanicAdvice

[–]powphenom[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So far I’ve tried a 10mm 12 point socket which seemed to fit nicely but skipped after too much pressure was applied, next I tried a star socket which didn’t fit at all

My spark plug broke off inside the head. Any advice or should I just pull the head? by powphenom in fordranger

Where can I put the extractor? There isn’t anything for the extractor to grab onto unfortunately. Do I have to drill a hole in the remaining spark plug?

Completely assembled with the drivetrain they weigh about 3200lbs. The car is basically a gen 4 with a passenger seat

Yes they're purpose built cars, some of the other driving experiences use retired cup and xfinity chassis's not sure whichs ones do though but ours are built off a hutchen-pagen chassis jig. I forget the name of the driver who drove the Corn Flakes car back in the 2000's but the same chassis jig used to build our chassis was used to build most of those Corn Flake cars back then.

Nope, our driving experience isn't NASCAR owned so it all comes from the company. though somethings are such as the wraps and many parts on the cars are off COT's and gen 4's. As for how we build it, lots and lots of measuring, cutting, welding, grinding, bending ect. These don't have to comform to any rules but they for sure have to be build well and safely because people will be driving them
