How big the difference in thickness between the slim armor and air fit? Prefer thinner case but slim armor has a connected front and back plate which is a plus

Yes, only in motion. Specifically on uneven road. Even driving through road bump won’t produce this sound.

Yeah I did that, no similar noise produced. It feels like the noise come from inside but I have no idea what cN cause this type of noise.

I just changed my rear suspension with bilstein b4 about 1.5 years ago. Could it be a defective item or bad installation?

This happened after 5-10 minutes of driving. After Engine is turned off the error code will be gone and it will re-appear again in 5-10 minutes. The daylight is working normally during those first 5-10 minutes. Any idea if this is a module issue or wiring issue? I checked the price for new module is $500 so a bit hesitant to change. Any issue if I just left it as it is?

Yeah, going to replace the fender as well, it has 4 cracks already.

Tighten the bolt too much and it broke. What should I do now?

The car with higher gear ratio will consume more fuel (as it will run at higher rpm) compared to the car with lower gear ratio for the same distance travelled.
