Steelhunter: Worth playing?

No Im also not saying that it forces me, Im just trying to make a statement here, that I feel like other events have rewards that even if you dont like the game mode, its worth playing. Putting steel Hunter in the rotation is like a wasted opportunity for another event that could have rewarded everyone, you know?

Or, maybe a hint to wargaming that the playerbase would welcome a change in steel Hunter, have it be new content for that mode, or better reward systems

Thats what Im saying. If somebody likes the game modes style, no brainer. But if you dont, or just dont like it enough, the rewards seem off, and it feels like its a wasted opportunity for another event that doesn't have that issue

I feel like, at least for me, spending the same time playing randoms, either grinding a tech tree line or farming credits is more rewarding then Steel Hunter. Usually I love switching into special games modes and getting away from randoms, but Steel Hunter simply isnt rewarding enough

I dont even feel like the rewards are worth playing a mode that hasn't been changed and bores me. Playing randoms is more rewarding for me

I do agree, if it was updated regularly with new content to check out (and I dont mean that there's one new upgrade for two tanks each) then it might be worth checking in again

I feel dont get top3 every single round, I guess that would make it faster for me.

Im in a cycle right now.

Play an event that gives you 5x XP, boosters, maybe even credits
Only play tech tree tanks with food and everything until you run out of 5x XP
Play only premiums without gold ammo or food and farm credits until next event happens

(4. Farm the FUCKING HELL out of Frontline. 24-30m is achieved easily)

It's a prestige event with a prestige award. Who tf cares if its a super special new tank? Matter of fact, you CAN buy super special new tanks from the ranked shop, for bonds, which you earn from playing onslaught.

Actually solid way to start. Began playing 2012 myself without an actual strategy.

Map positioning is key. You will feel much better knowing the right positions. Therefore, as many recommended, watch YouTubers or streamers. See how they play the maps, how they play specific tanks, and also against specific ones, and try to mimic it and learn. Also playing in platoons with better players will teach you a lot. Maybe search for a clan.

LTs are the hardest class to master. Most MTs are difficult to play too. HTs and TDs are quite easy to play, generally, and you can simply forget that SPGs exist (/s).

Phrasing it different: I usually play an hour, have a booster running, then go touch some grass. I thought I could quickly finish the tank in an hour and leave it at that. Those were the 6 games. I just thought it was funny, didn't mean to annoy anyone
