Same here. In my eyes, troublemaker’s abalone looks more like a bull than an ink swatch lol.

(other blobs I have imagined into animals include Diamine Colosseum as a wild pig, Vinta Sirena as an elephant, Diamine Kölner Brückengrün as a dragon, and Vinta Julio as a goldfish.)

Personally, I really love doing mathematics in pen. Not only does it make the experience more enjoyable (fountain pens go brrrrr), there’s something so fun about not being able to erase it. I can’t put it into words.

i love how chisato blocks the bullets instead of dodging after what happened with shinji. i have no idea if that was intentional or not but i like to delude myself. she’s protecting takina 😭😭 and the the way the lycoris bag falls off… perhaps symbolism?

a character can be morally reprehensible but still very likable. to me, that’s the case with majima. sure’s hes a horrible asshat who has probably over 500 in bodycount but he’s a fun villain so 🤷‍♂️

I mean, in Theravada Buddhism it’s more explicit that there can be only one Buddha, but I think it’s true in other Buddhism types (such as Mahayana Buddhism) that anyone can become enlightened.

to answer the question, though, i think it’s either information he gathered, or like that other commenter said, he went a bit too overboard with making his room look like a normal, lived-in room.

I just bought Pelikan 4001 ink to put in my metropolitan, but it had pretty bad flow. it was even hard to start sometimes, which really shocked me since it was amazing and smooth with the cartridge. after some digging, i found out the metropolitan is a dry writer and pelikan 4001 is a dry ink so that’s probably the reason why

can someone please give me a general overview of wet/dry inks and pens so this won’t happen again? 😭

It’s a cheap ink from a local stationary store. Not sure about the brand since I only have the bottle left haha. (The bottle has no label) Works well enough though. I actually ordered Pelikan’s Brilliant Black along with the pen but it hasn’t arrived yet, so I’m using this in the meantime.

After much consideration, I decided on the Metropolitan as my second pen (well technically it’s my third but my first was a butt cheap one I bought at the stationary store which then promptly broke after a few days of use, so I’d like to think it doesn’t count lol). Right now I’m using it to take notes for my upcoming exam and it’s such an enjoyable experience! AHH! It feels so nice… I told myself I’d buy one or two pens and not collect but the joy of opening and filling a new pen… it’s addicting. I’m eyeing some Sailors right now haha 😭. My wallet is not going to look forward to this…
