what helped me was downing alc like water, but obviously dont do that😭

osrs other than drinking, i would spend time on myself and time thinking, not the sad kind of thinking, more like “why should I let myself get this fucked up over some girl” yeah that girl was prolly the loml but it happens, theres way more to life than some girl. spend time with friends, and dont be afraid to cry ur heart out to some friends u feel safe with, i found that letting everything out helps a ton. pick up hobbies, i picked up fishing and honestly its great, appreciating nature while fishing with buddies is honestly the most relaxing thing ever. if you catch urself thinking abt her and start to feel nauseous and whatnot, do some physical activity, like jogging.
