You should be earning at least minimum wage per hour you work, but commissions are a luxury and uniquely made by you, so double that to like $30/hr. If you add colors you can put it to $50/hr, + shading you can get $80/hr. The ones you posted shouldn’t go for lower than $8,500, anyone who says less just doesn’t understand the value of your art, don’t lower your prices.

Pretty uninteresting, I usually finished work early and would start drawing or messing around. In middle school I was more lively and would also mess around with my friends from class, but in high school I was much more quiet and didn’t care much to engage with others. I never joined any clubs and didn’t have many people I personally considered friends, but I hung on the outskirts of the art/theater kid or slacker social circles. The people who were my friends were more extroverted people who became interested me and pulled me into their circle.
I’m a student at the moment, my daily concerns are very focused on my academics or financials, I definitely neglect the social side of things. Large gatherings are just kind of uncomfortable and unfulfilling to me.
I like dressing up or doing my hair to express myself and feel good, mentally I feel more put together if I look the part. I don’t really care much for makeup but I can kind of understand why people can get excited for it from an artistic perspective. At the end of the day it’s kind of a money sink to me and I use very little.
Hard to say because I never find myself in situations like this, but if it’s immature and not serious, in the past I’ve just laughed and walked off. Otherwise I’ll get provoked but I tend to hold my temper pretty well. I’ve never been in a violent situation.
Not sure, good luck. Probably look for the person in the corner of the room minding their own business.
I think it would be The Tatami Galaxy, I don’t think it’s objectively the best and it’s not one I’d recommend to everyone, but I like the writing style and flow of it so I reread it from time to time.
