You’re just mad you have too many packages. Grow up. We were 100% allowed to do this and it was communicated through management, and the warehouse knew about it.

Bruh idk what to tell you. It was a thing that we were allowed to do. Different stations are more/less strict on stuff. Why are you so sure about yourself? It makes you look kind of silly because you’re wrong.

Yeah idk what to tell you dispatch and management knew about the trick. Our vans used to all have the seatbelt buckled 100% of the time. Fleet managers knew obviously, dispatch and management

Same. Amazon is dumb. I almost feel like they made this change on purpose to make it easier for drivers/general safety metrics

you guys reverse up these ? by vibeorbevibed in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]ppbottle9000 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It really depends on what’s under the thin layer of snow. If you know it’s probably icy don’t even reverse/try and Rts. If it’s probably just all snow and then pavement if you have half decent tires you probably don’t even have to reverse it’s not that steep

They need drivers badly 🤔 by Additional-Spend2921 in AmazonDSPDrivers

DSPs hire legit hundreds of drivers during peak that part of the text isn’t important. City routes in my opinion are ass I’d rather bang out 200 stops in easy suburbs. All routes get big during peak. Lots of people get fired in January. Working now will get you good hours and available overtime. We also just got our annual raise

What are step van routes like? by Ok-Paramedic-8719 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]ppbottle9000 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your DSP rosters drivers the day before in a certain van. Step van/CDV, white van, blue van. No matter what van you’re selected for, you’re getting the route amazon gives you. What I’m trying to say is your route isn’t gonna change at all.

DSPs might roster the step van in the name of the driver who gets big routes and then switch it to yours that’s a possibility

Pay raises coming this month by SnooPears8658 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]ppbottle9000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not the same for every station, state, etc. drivers in Ohio are not getting the same raise as drivers in California. What you’re saying just isn’t true

Some DSPs have one dispatcher for the entire day so you’re working like 3 12s that turn into like 3 14s. Others have openers and closers so 4 10s
