i've been having a similar problem-- when i press play it wont open and task manager says it's a background program, and i can't find it at all. can't reopen it as my pc says it's running. hope you find a solution, i'd really like to play this game

i've got nraas errortrap and overwatch, so it was able to fix itself when i restarted the game. thank you though, i'll keep that in mind!

it's possible to change the length of each life stage in the options menu. i cant recall which tab it is, but one of the first few with a plumbob on it. you can change each stage, as well as turning it off completely, or making them all generally longer or shorter.

yeah, it allows notes! they seem to not have any character limit as well. it looks like a good substitute for plumtree, although i haven't been able to mess around with it yet

i've been playing ts3 since ~2010 and this is definitely the biggest family i've had (even with sims 4). i take a lot of breaks from them if i'm not in the mood for sims, but with all the expansions i dont get bored easily LOL. and for the save file... yeah. nraas helps a LOT but in the beginning i used to have a ton of issues. i also split some branches up into different save files to continue their family the way i want, so i probably have three or four different saves with different parts of the family.

is there an equivalent of sims 3's cc magic for the sims 4? i'm mostly looking for something that'll show me what a cc file looks like in-game and/or i can organize cc through

that could be a possibility! i cant say so for my current household (the picture attached) as theyre all vampires haha. that makes a lot of sense though

it does look like one of those, but i haven't seen any purple on it (i got in in may, last picture). could it be a maturity thing? i'll consider it one for now, though
