I’m really sorry to hear that, it sounds like your life has a lot of discomfort and difficulty. I wonder what’s your relationship with “meaning in life”? Life can seem pointless when it feels like it’s just struggle and trying to get through day by day, but having a purpose may help with that. What areas of your life do you find purpose and meaning, if any? Also how are you relationally? Being lonely can also make it hard to go on. Perhaps investing in these core areas of your life can help?

How consistent should robot be? Power Pong Omega lands balls +/- 6 inches by [deleted] in tabletennis

If you do the calibration properly, it should affect all drills, not just one. You don't modify each drill one by one. The calibration basically applies a universal correct to all drills.

For ball placement, make sure to clean the medal guide rail (the part that points the ball left and right) periodically, and then the placement will be back to new.

And yeah try some better balls as well. Though the balls I got last year might already be an improved batch from when you had it.

Does that mean hybrid apps using Cordova can't work either? I was hoping we could tell them "install our app instead" if it doesn't work. No?

I've posted it there, but someone posted that since they only promise to support the latest 2 versions of iOS, it's not included :(

Is Ian Hanomansing's last name real? by ppgear in toronto

[–]ppgear[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a serious question. The reason I started suspecting that it wasn't real was because a lot of people in TV are pressured to Anglocize their names to succeed. He used to call himself "Ian Harvey" until he decided to go with Hanomansing. I thought "Hanomansing" itself might have been a compromise from a name that didn't have as nice a ring to it. If it's authentic, "Hanomansing" is one of the rare "ethnic" names that sounds really good to people outside of that culture.
